Gunjan Wall Coat' Exterior Primer is formulated with special grade pigment, which provide extra whitenes with excellent opacity. It is water base primer for exterior walls suitable under coat for exterior emulsions. It gives a tough film and as result it helps to provide longer life of total paint system. No curing is required for this primer. It penetrates the porous surface, seal the porosity of the surface,reduce the absorption of the surface and as a result top coat gives better coverage.
Whiteness, opacity, reduces porosity, reduces absorption power of the surface.
Check the pH value of the surface. If It is above 11, the painting should not be allowed. Check the moisture content of the surface. It should be below 12%. If it is all right, then select the corrent surface for painting. Sand the surface with sandpaper ( 60/80) thoroughly. Wash it with clean potable water by coir brush. Apply 1 or 2 coasts of Bio wash soulution ( 5%v/v) by srush. Allow it to dry overnight. Wash it again next day with potable water thoroughly. Allow the surface to dry fully. For better result apply q coat of Illusion Sealer (10% v/v ) Apply 1 or 2 coats Wall Coat Exterior Primer by diluting 70‐75% (v/v) with portable water and strain it through clean cloth before application by brush or roller.

For better result apply 1 coat Illusion sealer directly on the bare wall followed by 1 coat of WALL COAT with 70% dilution.
